All logos, trademarks, brand names, and visual assets displayed on the RealDeed Platform including those belonging to RealDeed, its partners, alliances, or technology providers are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No user or third party is permitted to copy, reproduce, display, distribute, or utilize any such logos without prior written authorization. Furthermore, no property, project, or asset may be publicly associated with RealDeed’s tokenization framework or represented as tokenized by RealDeed without an officially issued Tokenization Certificate from RealDeed (DIFC) Ltd.
1. Who We Are
RealDeed Proptech (DIFC) Ltd is a licensed entity under the DIFC Innovation Licence within the DIFC PropTech Hub.
We provide real estate tokenization infrastructure, digital asset tokenization and digitization.
We do not:
operate as an investment platform
solicit or manage public funds
exchange or sell crypto-assets
conduct public fundraising or fractional investment schemes
Our technology is limited to DLT infrastructure, Issuance of Digital Assets and document verification, digital records automation.

3. Legal Basis for Processing
